cosbyAs his rape scandal continues to haunt him, it should not come as a shock that Bill Cosby has seen some of his past honorifics and career offers being revoked. Central State University, a historically black college in Ohio, became the latest institution to do so, for they intend to remove the disgraced comedian’s name from their communication’s building.

The school released a statement saying they have reached a final decision, having covered Cosby’s name for the past few months as they decided what to do with the Camille O. & William H. Cosby Communications Center. The Associated Press reported that the Cosby family has donated $2 Million to the university in the past, but the building shall be renamed as the CSU Mass Communication Center.

Cosby’s rape allegations have seen a significant resurgence recently as more women have spoken publicly against him, and after admitting he procured quaalludes with the intent of giving them to women he wanted to have sex with.

Central State President Cynthia Jackson-Hammond had called circumstances surrounding the comedian’s situation “troublesome and disappointing to all.”
